We are small business, and Erik is the
only craftsman creating our products. Add your name to our mailing list found on the homepage, and we will let you know as soon as
products are available again.
Contact us within 14 days of
delivery, and ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery. Because
of the nature of custom made items, unless they arrive damaged or
defective, we can't accept returns for them.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return
shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition,
the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancel your order:
We offer a full refund with cancellations of most of our products, before they have shipped. We DO NOT accept cancellations or offer a refund for wok and pan lids if they have already been manufactured, as they are custom built products.
Thank you for your interest, but we
do not. Our process is very time and labor intensive. We make a limited
number of products, which we sell directly through our online store and
out of our workshop.
These hand forged products are made
to last a lifetime. Each purchase comes with a Lifetime Guarantee at no
additional charge to you. Our guarantee protects the buyer from any
cracks or breakage that may occur over time. If this happens a free
replacement in the original size will promptly be issued.
Can they rust?
Yes. Everything is made with carbon
steel, which can rust. All products are finished with either linseed oil
and beeswax or a high heat canola oil finish to protect from rust. Over
time and use, your products will rust. It is super easy to restore it
to a lustrous finish.
