Shipping

All products are hand forged. Most are made to order.

4-6 weeks processing time for cookware, garden tools and fireplace tools

1-2 weeks processing time for other items unless they are grouped with slower products.

We ship UPS and USPS, and occasionally, FedEx

Returns/Exchange/Cancellations

We accept returns or exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Newquist Forge is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lifetime Guarantee

These hand forged products are made to last a lifetime. Each purchase comes with a lifetime guarantee at no additional charge to you. Our guarantee protects the buyer from any cracks, breakage, or instability. If this happens a free replacement in the original size will promptly be issued. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover improper usage of the product. This guarantee does not include warping in cookware.
